我于去年10月18日买下一新冰箱 ，因在外地务工，买回后就一直没使用，直至过年时才使用了几天，后也就一直没使用，就在前天我擦拭冰箱时，突然发现冰箱冷藏箱里面正面的面板竟有五六条1-2CM裂缝（这很难发现，若非擦拭是发现不了的），这些裂缝绝非外力所为，而是自然开裂！我们很疑惑：仅仅使用几天，这面板就如此脆弱？这能维修好吗？是否可要求厂家更换新机？
